How long does delivery take?

Printing usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping then takes roughly 5–15 business days depending on your country. Made-to-order items are not stocked, so please allow for the printing window.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Which sizes are available?

Most apparel runs from S to 5XL. Available sizes are listed on each product page and vary by design and colour.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can change or cancel an order while it is still in production. Once it has been printed, the order cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our refund policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or the print is wrong?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint or refund at no cost to you.

How should I wash printed apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not iron directly on the print. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. This keeps the print sharp for years.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
